The History of the Fowlers, 1562 - 2020, follows 15 generations from the birth of William in Derbyshire, England in 1562, to current descendents living in the United States.

Stories of the ancestors take us through the trials and tribulations of immigration to the Colonies in 1637, settling new towns, supporting the American Revolution, surveying the Ohio wilderness, and plowing the native grasslands of Illinois and Nebraska to build homesteads. 

 

Some ancestors found land and remained there for generations - others were movers and always looking for a better place to live.
